Rest & Restore: Under this motto, the yoga classes combine movement, breathing practices, and meditative exercises to address the challenges (such as stress and exhaustion) of daily life. 

Each session begins with a check-in to customize the lesson, followed by a grounding practice usually centred on meditation and breathing exercises. Asanas then complement this. Depending on the client, the asanas can focus on either mobilisation or restorative aspects. 

The lessons are suitable for individuals new to yoga as well as experienced practitioners. We can meet both online and in person. You can book a one-time class or schedule regular sessions with me. 

Before starting the 1:1 sessions, we meet (online) for an assessment. This gives us the chance to get to know each other and discuss possible foci for the following practice. 


  • We can meet at your home, in Victoria Park, or at Chisenhale Dance Space/ Bow (East London) (Please be advised that in Chisenhale Dance Space to the normal fee the booking fee of the room would be added). 
  • Each session is 60 Minutes long
  • Investment for In-Person sessions: 1 Session: 55 Pounds; 5 sessions: 230; 10 sessions: 400 Pounds.
  • Investment for Online sessions: 1 Session 45 Pounds, 5 Sessions 210 Pounds, 10 Sessions 380 Pounds.
  • Incentive: You can participate in 1 online class per week for free.
